RETURN POLICY

If your item was damaged in shipping or if there is a problem with the personalization, please contact us so that we can solve it immediately.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Returns are accepted for full refund minus outgoing shipping costs.
Contact me within: 2 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders , Items on "final / sample" sale, Planter Covers (for health/hygiene reasons) ,
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing / Shipping

Each item is made to order just for you. All orders are shipped from NY within processing time. Once your order is shipped, you should receive an email with the tracking. Due to the volume of orders, each day we drop off the packages to the USPS tracks, so we don't witness them being scanned.
The tracking may take a while to update and we see the same tracking as you do.
It rarely happens but if there is any of following issues about your shipping delay , non-delivery, lost in transit , please contact USPS directly to get faster result. Please note once we hand off the packages it's completely out of our hands and we are not responsible any of these issues above. Buyer needs to allow us 30 days until issue resolved.

Address Change / Returned Packages

It is buyer's responsibility to enter a valid / correct delivery address through Etsy before checking out. If you have moved, please follow up with your local Post Office to ensure that your mail will be forwarded. We are not responsible for forwarded packages.
It is not ideal but if you realized that you entered a wrong address, please contact us immediately, we can edit addresses after your order has been placed.
We are not responsible for incorrect delivery or returned packages from these addresses.
We would be happy to re-ship any returned packages back to you with payment of additional shipping. We do not refund returned packages. Please allow 30 days for a package to return to us.

Pre Transit / Stuck In Transit / Non-Delivery

Please note that once we hand the packages to USPS, we have no control over the shipping process and we can only track the packages with the same tracking you receive.
Please allow up to a week your package first scanned.
If you think your package has been stuck in transit or delivered in a wrong place please contact your local post office or file a claim through USPS's website to get faster result.
However please feel free to contact us about your concern. We'll be happy to help and walk you through the process.

Tracking says my order has been DELIVERED but I can not find it. What to do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
-Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check: Mailbox, Porch , Garage , Any area out of potential weather hazards, Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
-Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
-Check with others in your house that may have accepted it. Or check with your neighbors and mailman
-In most cases, a package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 48 hours to be actually delivered.
If it has been over 48 hours from the 'delivered' status, you can contact your local Post Office.

Pick up from the store

If you are living in NYC and willing to travel to our little town Red Hook, Brooklyn, you are welcome to pick up your online order when it is ready. All shipping fees will be refunded right after the pickup.

What to do with DAMAGED items?

All packages are shipped with insurance. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with a picture of the damaged product and the package. We will do our best to ship a new one as soon as possible.

Care instructions

LEATHER: Keep it away from direct sunlight. It could repel a little water but please avoid getting it wet . You can spot clean with a damp cloth

WAXED CANVAS: Keep it away from direct sunlight. It could repel a little water but please avoid getting it wet . You can spot clean with a damp cloth. Unwanted creases and wrinkles can be smoothed out by applying hair drier from appx. 10” distance.
CANVAS: Keep it away from direct sun exposure for a long period of time. As long as there is no leather part on it, it can be machine-washed. You can iron to smooth the wrinkles.

Delivery Date / Deadlines

We ship orders within processing time and are not able to guarantee a certain delivery date. Please let us know if you have a deadline, we'll inform you if we can rush your order on our end. But please expedite your shipping option during checkout.

We do not do wholesale. You can contact us for the bulk order discounts.
